Stunning Hydrangeas and Fragrant Oriental Lilies
There's so much blooming at this time of year, it's hard to keep track of it all!
Of course, we'll have plenty of sunflowers, zinnias, and lilies at the market this week, and for the early birds our very first Oriental Lilies of the season with their powerful, room-filling fragrance. There's a great blend of colors, shapes, and sizes of flowers right now, from sturdy, long-lasting, and sweet-smelling dianthus to airy and delicate cosmos and bupleurum.
And of course, you can't miss our large, soft and lacy 'Annabelle' Hydrangeas.
These unique hydrangeas have wide, mounded clusters of delicate greenish-white flowers. They grow big - as much as a foot across - and are stunning in a vase on their own, or as a base for an arrangement of smaller (just about everything!) flowers.
We hope you'll enjoy these impressive hydrangeas while they're in season. Looking forward to seeing you this Saturday at the Bardstown Road Farmers Market!
