Bouquet of the Week

Sunflowers, Zinnias, Plume and Wheat Celosia, Ageratum, Cosmos, Cockscomb, White Wingstem, Tuberose
This week's Bouquet of the Week picture shows a display of our mixed bouquets at Paul's Market on Brownsboro Road. As I wheeled this rack of flowers through the store to its position at the front counter, I was quite literally followed by a wave of gasps and compliments. It had such a positive impact that I decided to snap a picture.
The store's fluorescent lighting isn't the most flattering for photography, but this picture illustrates an important distinction with our bouquets. Unlike the typical grocery store bouquet, our bouquets aren't assembled in a factory from crates of commodity cut flowers. Nor are they just a random mix of homegrown garden flowers. Instead, our bouquets are carefully designed one bucket at a time from all of the colors, shapes, and textures we have available each week.
For many years we've been refining our production to provide a continuous supply of long-lasting, beautiful, distinctive, local and seasonal flowers for our mixed bouquets.
At Falling Springs Flowers, you get not only the freshest, longest-lasting locally grown flowers, but also the benefit of Kellie's eye for design and our many years of professional experience. Every Saturday, we bring to market a variety of arrangements designed from the seasonal production of our own farm. We hope you'll stop by to see what the season has to offer this week at the Bardstown Road Farmers Market.
See you there!
